  Many players have extensive Friends lists. I have turned down many invites because I am in the middle of a round, and do not wish to be rude to my current playing partners. Perhaps adding an "Available Friends" button, or giving real time status of Friends ( e.g. playing hole 8 of 9) would be useful.

  There is, currently,  an availble to "friends only" button.   You might turn that button off and activate the available to "No One" button so that your friends and others are less likely to "invite" either while you are playing or for any other reason that you don't want to be disturbed by "invites"...HBThree
