My game will never get better unless I'm able to stop approach shots, I've tried all that

I know to move the backspin ball at the bottom of the screen to no avail. Has anyone

encountered this problem & if so how did you correct it?

                                                  Thanks & regards, fanozio  07mms@att.net

You have to use clubs and balls with decent backspin attributes.  The starter balls have 0 backspin.  Your irons have 3.0 backspin.  The combination is not enough to stop your approach shots, even with your ATV wedge.

The only way to improve is to upgrade to better equipment, if you want to stop your shots.  A better approach would be to figure out how much roll out your clubs have after landing.

Best advice I can add to phred's reply is for you to try the L31 Cleveland wedge with a sleeve of L33 Callie balls. Just to give you a start into the wonderful world of backspin.

Fanozio, when possible invest in some high trajectory irons. buying some will help in stopping the ball on approaches, or did for me when I changed to them and I've never played with expensive balls
