I recently had to leave a game abruptly due to my dog having a seizure. Later I was sent a very ugly message questioning my reasons for disconnecting. It was hurtful.

Please remember that this is a game and while it's easy to hide behind the anonymity of the internet, it has consequences when you let your anger fly. Life happens and sometimes it's necessary to leave a game.

Thanks to all the kind, respectful folks who play here.

I hope your dog is OK Sue.

Most people who play here are thoughtful and empathic and therefor don't jump to wild negative conclusions about others.

The type you mention are (IMO) displaying mild sociopathic behaviour, best avoided.

    Keep on whacking...

Being a dog owner myself, whose mutt also suffers from seizures from time to time, I know it can be scary at the time. I hope your own mutt has made a full recovery.

I'll assume it was a wall post that's upset you.

Hmm...  the last post from me didn't quite turn out as I'd  typed.

Here's the previewed message prior to posting.

LOL... I've no idea what happened, Pablo, other than I'd originally named the 'loudmouth'.

Thank you guys for your kind words. The dog is doing well, but it was a very very scary episode.  I will always put my pets and people above a silly game!

Yes, it was a wall post that upset me, but you are right that I need to let it go and move on. I chose to block the poster and forget about getting a screen shot. It's so easy to be mean when you have the anonymity of the internet, hu?

Anyway, thanks again for your kind words. Luckily there are more good souls such as yourselves on here as opposed to jerks! I simply wanted to remind everyone to think before you type.

    All the best - SSue

Great news that your dog is feeling better Sue

I can see by your activity who you are talking about Sue as you replied back to him.

He has moments of frequenting these forums, so may see your post if he has not apologised then.......

    Fook him ;-)

You are SO right Jay! I worked in an office for 30 years before starting my own pet setting business. Give me 4-legged co-workers any day!
