On the profile sheet of the player, in the "stats", on the scoring tab, we have a "Total Ranked Rounds Played" line. What are the types of games that are counted there ? Are these only parts played in strokeplay, or else other types of parts? Are the clash games included in this count ?

The first two Bs answer correctly to your Q from a different POV. There is no discrepancy.
In summary, all strokeplay rounds shown in your score history are ranked. You'll find your Clash scores there.

I'm afraid that this is trivial, like saying greenbacks are Dollars.
But I'm more afraid that your statement about Par3s and Par5s is incorrect. They count towards the ranked rounds regardless. They only do not count to the averages, neither in score nor in number.
