Does moving the club with certain speed ( with the cursor of course) reflect the strength of the swing? Example- if I moved the cursor at fast speed will the ball be hit harder?

Its a two click meter and strength (distance) is determined by how far the meter moves before releasing the first click. There is a tutorial on how to hit the ball over there----->
