The meter problem is on your end not WGTs . Try a different browser most use Maxthon its one of the best . Also make sure that you arent running multiple programs in the background .Go to the top panel >>>>>>>>>>Getting Started>>>>>>>>>>System Requirements >>>>>> Also make sure that you clean your cache and flash as well as your browser . But again its all on your end .

Not really, I play all our CC tournaments and the meter is smooth but races from shot to shot in 2, then 1 will have a stuttering meter, not unplayable, but a pain!

And my PC is totally optimized, with "everything" off in the backround, and I am very computer savvy....now it didn't stutter at all for over a year...it started doing it again a few weeks ago! If my PC wasn't optimized properly it would stutter every round...

Trying Maxthon but still totally unpredictable.  Some meters are smooth and others are really jumpy.  I have to let those pass by and see what the next meter looks like.  Absolutly nothing else is running on my I5 processor.  I'm at a loss.

I still say WGT does this intentionally to avoid 'cheats'.

This f*cking drives me crazy.  I stop the meter....it stops briefly....then goes to maximum right and my shot is f*cked and can take two or three shots to catch up.  At Master level EVERY shot counts so I'm now three shots behind and IT'S NOT MY FAULT.  Oh yeah, how does ones tart a thread because I have a LOT of complaints about putting.  Another glitch.  10 foot put, 2" uphill.  Hit the ball about 12' and it goes 22 feet.  Again, another one to two strokes added to me score that are NOT MY DOING!  FIX THIS SH*T PLEASE!

I agree with Lonnie, jerky meters are almost always on the users end, not  WGT.

I am nowhere near as computer savvy as Fatdan (from reading his posts, I figure he has forgotten more than I will ever know), but something is up.

The last WGT update was 3/14. At the same time Microsoft made a security update for Adobe Flash Player (3/13). I am not saying this is the problem, I am just pointing circumstantial evidence. The link below shows a bulletin published on 3/17, but on my system the update installed on 3/13.

Link to Microsoft update info: https://technet.microsoft.com/library/security/MS17-005

So far so good for me on my meter, but I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I play on two systems one uses chrome (Windows 7) the other Edge (Windows 10) and don't seem to have any issues (knock on wood).

Try switching the browser core . After you login to the game go to the browser menu and directly below Clearing Browser are the controls to "Switch browser core" click on that . You will have to adjust all of the game settings again but it should play better .
