Have to agree with Jimbo on this one but I will be milder in my reply . Looking at your stats as well as your score history and vem is not the problem . Your lowest posted score is around a 30 or -6 under par . You have plenty of room for shooting lower scores now you just have to do so. Time and time again I tell players that if they want to play better then they have to "Practice" . Yes I know that its a dreadful word but is in the vocabulary for a reason .
So there you go the answer to your problem is practice . Play some stroke play practice rounds to better learn your clubs and also what you can and cant do with them . Learn good shot selection what shot to hit on your approach shots . Pitch punch flop or chip these are all keys to a good short game . Course management from tee to green you have to know how to take a course apart . Then also work on your putting reading the greens properly and playing the breaks . Solid putting is absolute if you plan on winning when you play .
Another suggestion is before playing an event play a practice round under the same set up so you can familiarize your self to the course and plan your strategy of play . So there you go hope this helps and good luck with your game . :-)
