    I'm wondering y, some people always defend wgt? It seems that any time someone writes in and rants about whatever their problems may be, someone always has to get down on them.  Instead of trying to help someone, some , always have a smart a** retort, even if it's as small as to complain about their grammar, spelling or whatever. People spend their money on this game and just really want a fair shake, that's all. I've been playing everyday on here for around 250 days straight, and the other night when I signed in, I got my daily message that I now have 3 days consecutive playing.  WHAT? I haven't missed a day.  So I wrote an email to c/s explaining what had happened.  I promptly received a return email, stating that there is a glitch in the system, and that I fell into it.  They stated that my daily count was reset to the 250 day mark.  I played my usual 9 holes using my free pass, and wow, I got a whole 3 day bonus count, not the super bonus for 250 days.  So not only am I losing my points for leveling up, but so does my cc.  Fair shake in this game?  Yea right,  now can someone please tell me how I'm suppost to be a happy customer?   OK, let the bashing begin....................

    Sucks that you lost your CDP.  The only thing I can suggest is to contact CS again.  I've read they're usually pretty good at fixing up things that are their errors.  Hope they can, that would be a real pisser to lose that.  I'm at around 275 days so will cross my fingers it doesn't happen to me.

    On the always defend front, I'll play that guy and wonder why people always find it necessary to complain publicly when more times than not a simple email to CS will have them fixed up.  People just like to complain on the Internet I guess -- happens everywhere.

    I guess my real grip is that my "team" members in my cc, all got hurt too, it just wasn't me.  We are trying so very hard as a cc, to raise our level.  I feel that I am now letting them down.  As a director, I feel that I need to set the example, play clashs, turf wars, use the free passes daily.  I have done all this, and through no fault of mine, they get penalized........again where's the fair shake?  For my own flusteration, in trying to level up, it's hard enough to reach the 90's level differences, so as to be able to tier up, and get better equipment, now I've been dealt a huge set back.  Really puts a damper my enthusiasm for wanting to play.

    Update, c/s did reset my consecutive day count, to them ty very much.  But I still got screwed out of the 4000 + xp points, that comes in the 250 day.  Guess I should be grateful.

    Guess I'll b contacting CS too. I updated my app yesterday and just noticed this morning my CDP has been reset to 3 days not the 63 days it should of been at.

    I went on to the web-based version, and it had it at the correct number. I played an online practice round and received the appropriate credit.

    Still, seeing the CDP at Day 3 was a bit of a shock. I'm going to send a note to customer service and ask if they're aware of the glitch.

    Yes I am a mobile player, had the exact same thing,  I've got what I think now is 253 days, but the counter says 4.  Have no idea where my points should be, but I know I didn't get the 4000 plus points for day 250.  Hurts my leveling up, and my cc from leveling up.  My cc owner emailed me with the same problem, he emailed c/s and his days were fixed also, but all the points that were lost, are lost.

    Interesting enough, wgt knows about it, they said it was a glitch with the update.
