Can anyone offer up a reason, why, I was promoted to "Legend", after not playing for a week, and sitting at a 62.34 average?

I though I had to hit 61, or lower, to hit the dark side...

Looking at your profile, the only thing I see is that you've won 10 match play games against Legends. That might have been enough to put you over the top.

In any event, welcome to the club. The game really is more fun as a Legend, once you get over the shock.

    My congrats!

    Doubting about the logic involved...

There are no recent matchplay wins shown in the activity log, and the consequence would have been to drop the average below the threshold to be promoted, AFAIK. It should also have come immediately after the decisive win.

From the situation - no play in some days - and from the first award shown, I'd guess that there was a payment for that RG which

    - would promote regardless of average,

    - and come overnight, unrelated to current play, whenever the payment is executed.

=> Look into your account for prize payment!

Thanks for the response folks. I don't play RG's, or any other type of money pursuits, in here.

Last time I beat Legends, was during a CC tournament, weeks ago, plus...

I  was excited to hear that. ;-) . I did, nothing appears, ;(, even though I slid in, at a cool 2987th in the Erin Hills thing. LMAO

It's true, the payment cut off must end at 2986th... ;-)

You played one RG (Par 5), but that was in January - hopefully, the whopping 36 crs have been payed long ago.

Thanks for the accolades Peeps. A new learning curve, on a slippery slope, awaits..

I don't recall that at all. alosso knows more about my game, than I do. I could use a "details" man, in my businesses.

If I won the "whopping" 36 credits, then I'm way ahead of them right?

Lets see, 3 sets of clubs, 2 putters, 2 woods, 2 drivers, a set of wedges, and don't forget the weekly balls...

Well, I may not be ahead, but at least I received something, back, from these Lamprey's...

I "thought" I never played for money. Is it possible, to play 1 of those, for free? I thought there was always, a buy in, associated with those.
