pro shop / ball purchase

    yes, but seeing the problem was more widespread, I'm not worried there isn't going to get resolved rather swiftly, too.      Scootereagle

    Just an update, our team is aware of this issue and actively investigating this. We hope to have it fixed ASAP. Its looking like only balls purchased through the Game Client are being affected and purchases through the ProShop: http://www.wgt.com/proshop/ are giving out the right amount. 

    If you purchased through the game client and didn't get a full sleeve, use the link below to send CS a message with the ball type/name purchased and date they were purchased. This will help them get these out to you faster.

    A workaround, if you have time enough during a game:

    Visit the Pro Shop while the game is running. You may buy the same(!) balls there and they will be available in the game.

    Just the same happens to me

    I just buy a pack of nike 81 balls for 550 credits and i receive only one ball.

    I just send a message to the costumer services, hope they give me the two balls back...

    scott how much time you wait to receive the two balls back ?

    Usually when we buy balls we see this :

    2017-06-03 Purchase 3 Pack of NIKE 20XI-X RZN Balls (L81+) (White) Pro Shop -550 Cr

    And this time i see this :

    2017-06-04 Purchase 20XI-X RZN Ball (L81+) Pro Shop -550 Cr

    Not fair IMHO - you should get what you payed for without having to ask for it. And, how many continue without noticing? (it's not visible in the situation)

    Another feature that has failed to work after years of "no problem" - leaves a bitter taste of crookedness, since it's to their own advantage...

    Not IRL, but this is a computer game. I never cared for the balls, too lazy to count 'em and trusting in the game's functions and honesty.

    I have hardly played in a week and got the message again....so bought without thinking.

    Then I saw another thread on this issue and adds up why they "vanished" so quickly.....well I will not complain to CS.....I simply will not play for a week. 

    Integrity and WGT are so far removed from each other - anywhere else this would be seen as a scam.
