    But what is laughable is the issues still has not been fixed.....what 2 weeks or so on

    They rely on players not noticing, or not complaining.....which is incredibly poor.  If it was the other way around......and they were giving more balls away....it would have been fixed immediately.

    The funniest part is, WGT have not really offered an apology in the forum......yet they apologized for the clash being delayed. Go figure

    I haven't experienced this glitch at all and I buy balls on a pretty regular basis.

    It is best to e mail to wgt.com and give them your golf name, the date and the exact type of ball. They vette your claim and add them to your inventory...allow a day or three to respond. My claim was fixed in 2 days .                           Regards, Scootereagle.
