Robert1893: Here's what I don't understand: why is WGT not more proactive in making this information known?
You have two forums available to you in which you could let players know. Either you could post an announcement in the news section, or you could post a thread in the forums. But I don't see where WGT has done either.
In other words, you're aware of a glitch but don't let players know about it. It's no wonder people are upset and there are now multiple threads on this. WGT needs to show a little transparency on some of this stuff.
+1
I have now read that the in-game purchase has been disabled - which should have been done the second this bug was reported.
As we all know, if it had been the other way around, WGT would have stopped it immediately AND repossessed any additional balls given away!
But they probably rely on players like me, who was a little confused how the balls were used so quickly, so I did nothing.
Why should I contact CS? I am their customer so it is on them to do due diligence and correct their mistake.
I will not bother to contact them, I will just stop playing for a week or so. I know who loses overall, and it is not me lol.
Unfortunately Robert, transparency and WGT can never be used in the same sentence.
