Assorted colored Balls?

  I'm using orange colored Volvik balls. If I get green color of the same balls and same specs, will it equip once the Orange balls are used up?, or does it has to be of the same color? thanks

  I believe it has to be the same color to considered the "same" ball. Doesn't make a lot of sense, but I think that's the way it is.

  Just for fun, I might try playing a round with my one green one and see if it gets replaced with one of my yellow ones.

  You will have to equip the ball . Although they may be the same ball but a different color the game will not recognize it that way . It will be considered as a different ball . So if you run out it will revert to the rock .

  Yes, correct. It is what you paid for.  If the green was 10 credits less, then it will not automatically populate a different color because green is more credits than plain white. I play WGT balls with different colors and vapor trails, etc.  It has the be the exact ball to add to your inventory.

  Other colour = different item no. => no replacement.

  It has to be EXACTLY the same, and logoball vs. plain ball do differ as well!

  Just as an FYI, the same applies in real world golf if the tournament you are in is subject to the "One Ball Rule". Each color is considered a separate entry on the list of approved balls so you can't substitute colors there either.

  The One Ball Rule Rule isn't necessarily the reason for the inability to substitute here (more likely programming problems) but it does mimic real life.

  You can have different colors in your inventory and then change (equip) ball colors before you play each game.

  If you use up your last ball during a game you'll either have to buy another sleeve of those balls or finish the game with the free WGT ball (rock).

  I found the Volvik not a reliable ball. I'm switching to Nike.
