Einstein Couldn't Figure This Game Out!!!!

  I aim left with a right blowing 15 mile an hour wind but my ball somehow still flies left and finds a left side bunker.

  My ball is rolling toward the hole and it inexplicably stops dead in it's tracks, unless my ball is heading for a bunker or the fescue and then it manages to find a way to roll through deep rough and up a  g**damned hill! 

  Maybe if they would get around to giving me the 200 credits I'm owed, I could buy a better Driver to g et some real distance off the tee.....and make Par 4's more Birdie and Eagle friendly.

  Hey Giant, watch out for the influx of comments from the Elite on here. With only 29 ranked rounds you will catch holy H---  for complaining. A member since 2008? You must have played hundreds of non ranked rounds to keep from advancing and you won't find any sympathy from anyone. I am a master who records every round I play and still get it in the rear end when I vent. I have spent over 600.00 on here for balls and equipment and the things you mention still happen to me. Get serious about moving up and when you reach Master we'll shoot a legit round. I would be wasting valuable time and probably a couple of Callaways to shoot a person who has been on here 2 yrs longer than I have and get my butt whipped by beginner and starter equipment. Please don't think I'm being a wise A--, I am just giving my take on it. Hit em str8 and move up. Trust me, a 390 yrd drive isn't much good if it's in 80% rough, I had one and bogeyed the hole.

  Personally...I could give 2 you know whats about what any "elite" player says to me in the way of flack!

  Not true. You catch crap when you come on with irrational rants and Giant was nowhere near that. He just took the time to yell about it and I guarantee everyone here has and does go through the same thing. Your basic WTF moments, as such.

  Equally, 99% of the shots that happen have an explanation not necessarily looked for or noticed by the shooter. Miss the ding and any result is fair, it's the way the game penalizes you. Hit with a forgiving club with little accuracy and results aren't as predictable as you might expect. Just because the calculator says so doesn't make it happen. You get the idea. Minimize the damage and move on.

  If that's giving holy H----- then I guess I'm guilty.  :-)

  Yankee, I certainly was not calling you out. You are one of the Top Tier players who's comments and suggestions are anticipated and greatly appreciated. Your help and willingness to give to the total WGT community has made better players of all of us. I will gladly accept Holy H--- from you anytime. I was warning Giant that there are some on here that don't want to hear complaints of any kind, not just elite players. My apologies.

  Hi Giantfan,My advice for what it is worth:Change your clubs,the starter clubs are way better than the beginners and are free.The meter is a little faster but with a bit of practice!!! I would advise keeping the beginner putter esp since you can hole 54 footers!

  Your driving 78% is good,putts inside 5 ft nearly 50% fine,approach shots at 30%,try the starter clubs,they will help!

  Match play 0 don't be shy give it a try,you can learn a lot from other players,even more so in Alt shot,As you improve,you will find these bizarre inexplicaple shots will happen less.Just like in real life and real golf there will always be freaks of nature(tree Rats with avg Kahunas!),it's all about the Karma!

  Eventually, except for a few things, you'll have your "Eureka!" "Einstein Moment" when things all seem to fall into place. ;)

  

  Naturally (or UN-naturally), there are still glitches here and there within the game that need ironing-out. Submit "in-game bug reports" for those and they will be investigated and hopefully will be lessened over time - for all of us. I do it, and then clear my caches each and every time to rid my 'puter of the "bad stuff" that was saved by it... and hopefully, by the next time I encounter that particular happen-stance, it will have been fixed.

  Hang in there, and GL. :)

  I see a few players doing this but there's one thing I don't understand. Why use the Beginner when the Starter is the same thing with some accuracy?
