Ball purchase

  Hello

  I have only been getting 1 ball when I purchase a sleeve. How do I get my other balls. FYI this has happened at least 3 times this past week. 

  I was on holidays and couldn't deal with it until today.

  It´s a crying shame that WGT didn´t fix this after all that time.
