    Hi Scott

I should have found out first but the assumption was that it was a mouse problem. If it's the storage window though..  well, no Plan Beer needed.

    Cheers!

    Rich

Good thinking!  Wise words from under the hat.

I hadn't put Plan Beer on ice, just back in the fridge, and looking at things now I'm still not sure we have the solution. Therefore, Plan Beer has now been reinstated and will be the next option for consideration.

Hope the brews are nice and cold fellas, not the box I'm talking about but valiant efforts anyways. I may have not been very clear here, the box that keeps popping up when I left click to swing/hit the ball.......is the box that comes up when you right click to submit a game bug, or zoom in & out, etc.

These are the options (lines) going down the choices in the box:

    SITESHELL VERSION V1.124.06_release

    GAMESHELL VERSION V1.148.04;release

    Submit this problem to WGT

    Zoom In

    Zoom Out

Show All (has a checked box next to it)

    Settings...

    Global Settings...

    Check For Updates....

    About Adobe Flash Player 26.0.0.131....

I am not at all touching the right click in the game client and this keeps popping up on almost every drive or approach but not on putts, three different mice tried, everything clean, empty, updated. The issue has survived several Flash version updates.

Does not happen on putts but I try to pull the meter back as little as possible there, rarely go past 30% or so. It's happening on full or almost full power shots. I can live with it but it's annoying, on a drive for instance, it pops up so instantly when I click the ding, that I cannot tell if I actually hit the ding, it blocks that area when it pops up, if I click real fast for it to go away I sometimes see the last remnants of the circular motion thingy that you get when you do hit the ding.

Really do appreciate everyone's efforts here. Thank s for that!

OK TP solution to the problem . Go back into your computer settings for devices . Reverse the mouse click settings . The right side becomes the main click  and the left side the other . One of the things I used to do was when playing was  click the right button when playing . It gave me fits like you caused me to mishit and also brake a mouse or to . It may simply be the way you are gripping the mouse .

My hands are fairly large from playing sports as well as from working with my hands too . So I like a mdeium size mouse because its easy to grip and more comfortable than a gaming mouse . So I realized that my right finger when gripping the mouse was the culprit . So I changed my mouse settings by reversing the settings .

Its changed the way I grip the mouse and also took the scroll wheel out of play too .So give that a try and see if its simply the way you have been gripping your mouse . If that doesnt work then go back to plan beer . :-)

Just out of curiosity TP, what happens when you right click?

the same box opens normally as it always has. definitely not touching the right click of the mouse, have tried it with nothing but my index finger touching the mouse on clicking, the box still pops up.

Okay. As phred (Jeff) suggested, does it do the same thing in a different browser?

This is a really strange one TP.  If you hadn't tried different mice, I would say the mouse was failing or corrupted, with something electrically bleeding over.

    Scott and Rich,

Is it possible that Flash has somehow been corrupted or damaged?  Would deleting an re-installing Flash fix it?  Is that worth a try?

I'm just grasping at straws and throwing out even off the wall ideas.

    Jeff

    Edit:

A different browser might have a different version of flash.  Some I've used / use required downloading a flash version specifically to that browser.
