meter changes with tier?

  hello, i have noticed since i have turned master..that my meter has gotten terribly jumpy. before master it was usually pretty smooth with maybe 1 or 2 freezes a round. now its 1 or 2 freezes per hole. easily costing me 4-5 strokes a round and from 5 feet and in i make about half the putts do to meter serge right at impact. 

  can somebody tell me ways to speed up my system so that this game can be played easier. only thing i have tried is deleting lots of friends, and honestly that seems to make it worse lol. 

  would love to hear ways to "clean up" for this site to work better

  meter does not change with tier. there has to be something else
