Need help accessing video ad commercials

  When I click on any of the 6 ads, all I get is a blank grey screen. A note on the bottom of page says " For some providers, 3rd party cookies must be enabled in your browser". Assuming that may be (?) my problem, I have not been able to remedy the issue.

  Under "cookies" in Google Chrome, I find 3 available choices to click on/off. They are (1) Allow sites to save & read cookie data, (2) Keep local data only until you quit browser & lastly (3) Block 3rd party cookies. I think I've exhausted all 8 possibilities of either on or off for these 3 choices, but continue to get a grey blank screen when clicking any ad. Can anyone with PC skills lend advice. My computer skills are very limited. Thanks

  I used to get that with both Chrome and Komodo. I use Maxthon for all my videos, now.

  i get that also (Chrome) and was wondering if it was cause of Adblock ?

  i've been killing the survey lately so i haven't turned it off to try yet ....

  Go back into your settings and use the first option (1) Allow sites to save & read cookie data . Do not delete the cookie data if you do then you will always have to login to the game and also download all of the files as well . So again its option 1 and then you will be able to view the video ads on the carousel .

  The ads may work better on the wgt mobile ap give it a try I have made mucho creds on the phone!

  Good luck happy swings.

  Otherwise try to disable 3rd party blocking in your browser settings, and ad block off.
