Tournament winnings?

  Hi guys, I started doing bracket tournaments this month. My first win was July 5 and two wins after that. I have not seen the credits won added to my account, WGT Customer service says, it can take up to 15 days. There's a $20 added to my winnings, equivalent to credits won, but no credit added to my account. Is this the normal procedure? thanks

  Look into your account, and you should receive an email.

  Also, it may take more than 15 days (which have not passed yet).

  $20 has been added to my account, but no credit added. I'll wait a few more days, hopefully shows up in my email..thanks
