balls have durability, so maybe you used up others? If that's not the case, please let me know

Yes I understand the durability issue but I did not even use balls 2 & 3 as I reverted back to the beginner ball for subsequent rounds after losing the first freebie.

i checked into it and few others reported similar but different situations. We are trying to figure it out but not sure if it's even possible to catch. Can you please email members@worldgolftour.com so they can file it along others and perhaps more ports=better chances to catch it
