cheat programs

  every time someone says it is impossible, somebody else will make it possible, no matter if it is going to the moon or wgt

  with the number of members that wgt has, you know someone out their has figured how to cheat. So what is the big deal. Wall street cheats, banks cheat, politician cheat and today cheating in America is number one. Yes, wgt has cheats, but who really cares, when we have so much cheating going on that REALLY affects our lives

  No doubt a lot of the Open scores are most likely legit.

  I see a lot of accusations and defenders of all these low scores in the Tournaments.

  But, I dont think this thread was intended to be an accuser vs. defender thread. The fact is that the cheat programs are present and most likely being used to earn lots of money and credits in this game as evidenced here:

  I really think the original poster was just venting about a program that does exist and is being used, and was wanting answers about what is or can be done about them.

  The question I have is why doesnt WGT promote these winners more? Didnt someone win a trip to this years US open? Did they go? Why doesnt WGT have a blog or something about this persons trip? The only thing I have ever seen was a picture of the Pinehurst group like two years ago. Why wouldn't they promote this? Hmmmmm......

  As for not promoting it......... seems like a missed opportunity.

  Yes, I agree they should promote it but how.   They have a statement in regards to privacy and maintaining the persons identity.

  Hi all... as for the off topic of promoting the winners of past trips.... Bollie just got back today (or is getting back sometime tonight) and I have been immersed in work (as illustrated by my score history) since returning from my spectacular experience at the home of golf.... Rest assured, when I get time I will pass along pictures and  a write up of the whole experience for all to enjoy.

  And for the on topic post.... yes they probably do exist..... no I've never used one... and no they probably don't do any good anyways...  besides.... it is thought, experience and practice are 80% of what makes great players on here.

  Someone from San Fran linked to WGT asked me to do an interview last year but I really didn't want hundreds of google hits (google Wayne Stopak NASAgolfer and you will see what I mean) linking my name to being a video game grinder for eternity.  Might not look good if I was going after an office job or something to potential employers if they think I'm just going to be wasting time playing golf.

  I'd be glad to answer any questions about the trip though.

  Regarding cheating, the most unethical thing I have ever done is place a white piece of paper below my monitor with 5 marks draw on there with a pen.  Which as far as I know is fully allowed by WGT, but some of the 'purists' on here seem to have an issue with it.

  The only issue I have with it is I can't always see the windows I have open...which has "nothing" to do with your or anybody else...

  What is with the paper and marks BB just woundering.Only thing is the puttin i see ur on fire and miss almost nothing.Iv been at thsi less than 7 months i do ok just the puttin isnt consistant i can shoot good 70% within 12 ft of the hole just missin the breaks more some days i can hit them good other like crap lol
