    Jim,

I have had a different meter problem on Chrome in which in the middle of a tournament the meter all of a sudden gets shot out of a cannon and I cant click it fast enough without the shot going waaaaaayyyyyy right.  Up to that point in the tourney, the swing meter is relatively fine.  Cant figure it out.  Firefox for me is very stuttery also. Getting MacAfee alerts in the middle of the round on Chrome, so not sure what's up with that.  I hope your problem gets resolved.

Try Maxthon.  Cloud works great for me. Have a browser dedicated only to WGT game play.  Do a search on how to fix your meter, as it operates on your computer.  Things running in the background can effect the meter a lot.  Help is available if you look for it.

Sounds like you may have changed your local storage setting in flash and have it set so low that you use up all your free memory before the round is 1/2 over. If you are talking about tournaments you have no limit to the amount of times you can restart your browser. So as soon as you start having this problem restart your browser and see if restarting it helps. If it does check the amount of local storage setting in flash and raise it. You want at least 100 KB.

As for MacAfee. Turn it off when playing  then turn it back on after you quit playing. You might possibly think about ditching altogether.  There are many very good anti-Virus programs around that are much better than MacAfee and not so intrusive. MacAfee in most cases causes more problems than it fixes.

If you really want to see what the CC Cleaner actually does or doesn't do try this:
    Step 1 Run CC Cleaner
Step 2 Then hit the Windows key and r, then type this: %temp% and hit OK. There are still files in your machine. Now click on select all, then delete.
Step 3 Same as Step 2 but type this: temp and hit OK. Dang still files on my machine. Click on select all, then delete. You will notice that your machine will only delete certain files.
Step 4 Same as Step 2 but type this: prefetch and hit OK. Dang! again, still files on my machine. Click on select all, then delete. You will notice that your machine will only delete certain files.
Step 5 Now run Disk Cleanup and low and behold there are still files on my machine I want to get rid of.

Hope this helps some of you Folks.

Those are the Microsoft "index dat" files, basically how Microsoft knows everything you do on that computer...

nothing has ever cleaned them out...the only way to do it is a long drawn out process with the command prompt....

    Hello,

    Misspellers of the world untie!!

Whew, with it all run together, that was a tough read.  You might try in the future to break it up some with paragraphs.

If you changed to any camera view and held a left click on the aim triangle, you would have gotten an aim arc, from your location to the triangle, both on screen and on the mini map to show where you were located. Also, you should have been able to see where your ball was located on the mini map.  In any case, you should have been able to find a camera and aim arc to locate yourself.

It also sounds like you were trying to get too much from that location, instead of playing a safer shot.  In other words, the best shot is not always aimed at the flag.  Sometimes it's best to get yourself out of trouble first, then go for the pin.  Give up 1, instead of the many you did.

Thought it was just me. Having same problem. My scores are getting worse instead of improving. It is very frustrating and no longer enjoyable. May be quitting soon as well. It's a shame, because it was enjoyable and fun until last month or two. Hope they fix problem soon.
