Has anybody actually ever shelled out money for the Max CC putter? Was it worth it? How did your significant other react when they found out? Ha.

Someone (I forget who) did so, early on.

Most people report that it isn't all that great.

Heh. I'll never know for sure.

I don't think it was money - just credtis! Some players have credits in abundance ;)

But, apparently, it doesn't live up to the big pricetag or the tremendous performance points. The one who bought it changed back to another, better putter for 5,000 cr.

Beware that you can't sell it back!

    It was Poldi.

Still showing in his bag, somewhat surprisingly.  I also thought he said it wasn't any good and went back to a different one.

Which is better: a good putter in the hands of great putter or a really expensive putter in the hands of a lousy, blind putter?

The GP is shiny and heavy but won't make a bad/ poor /average putter much better despite

    its high specs.

Definitely a waste of money .
