When you purchase new clubs, is there a way you can "sell back" your old clubs for some credits?

Yes, on your profile. Click on the blue Equipment button under your status box, you will see how to do it. Make sure any clubs you want to sell are taken out of any bags you have.

The Pro shop only gives you ~25% of the purchase price regardless of how long you owned them. ;-(

It will be awesome if there is a second-hand market (flea market) where players can sell & buy their clubs, balls, etc. among themselves.

This can be another cash cow for WGT if they charge, for instance, 5% commission fee for each transaction.

Some might say this could be abused by multi-accounters, but quite on the contrary, WGT will be able to detect any abnormal, suspicious transactions and identify the multis.

This will increase the sales of pro shop items as players will purchase equipment with less pressure or burdens. They buy something, try it for a certain period of time and if they don't like it, they know where to go with it.

It's good for both WGT and players.

Don't give up your day job, Simon, your career as an idea man is flailing. LOL The ONLY ones that benefit from that are the players, anyway you look at it. You have one choice now-keep or sell back. Selling to another player directly affects the Pro Shop sales and we both know that's a no-no.  :-D

Unfortunately, I think Jim is correct. Pro shop sales would decrease and not increase. People would just purchase the used clubs, which would be sold at a discount by the players. And on here, "used" clubs would perform just as good as new ones.

There already is - Black Market one .............I guess WGT spend time trying to shut it down although at least one seems to be doing fine if they are indeed still at it.

Currently, they charge 75 commission for above ground transactions (sell back rate)

    Easily said, IMO.

I am afraid I see only assumptions.

No harm raising the idea but the company would need cast iron extra $s tomorrow at latest hitting them hard in the face...........TBH I just don't think they will....

Nice idea bud but WGT would never go for it,,too mean,,,But would be cool if they aloud higher level players to give old clubs to lower level or even players who could not afford good clubs for them self`s. 1 give-away per year per player under the watchful eye of WGT,no harm no foul and as they say one man`s rubbish is another man`s gold. I know you can gift but not everyone is in a position to gift but nearly everyone has a club they no longer need.
