    YankeeJim:

LMAO. You and your idea look like a piece of Swiss cheese now with all those holes.  :-D

Alright, Jim. I'll try harder next time. I love Swiss cheese along with fondue BTW. :-P

Nice idea bud but WGT would never go for it,,too mean,,,But would be cool if they aloud higher level players to give old clubs to lower level or even players who could not afford good clubs for them self`s. 1 give-away per year per player under the watchful eye of WGT,no harm no foul and as they say one man`s rubbish is another man`s gold. I know you can gift but not everyone is in a position to gift but nearly everyone has a club they no longer need.

I totally agree with you, duda. Just a shame that it probably won't happen... :-(

I wish you could either sell back, or "re-gift" unused sleeves of balls.  From time to time opponents gift me balls at the end of a match, and they're not always the balls I play on a regular basis.  If the specs are close, I use them somewhere eventually, but if they're wildly different from what I'm used to, they usually just sit there unused.  Would be nice to either sell (or trade) these back to the pro shop for balls I'll actually use, or re-gift them to people who will use them.

As far as I can tell, WGT doesn't get screwed if they allow this; the balls in question have been purchased - it's not unfair that they be used by somebody.  And once they're used up, they're gone, and more balls get purchased.  Where's the downside?

Any scenario that takes away from WGT is a downside. Gifting them to someone that would use them means the recipient wouldn't have to spend anything on balls. WGT loses.

Of course, these balls were already purchased. So WGT got "paid" for them, regardless of who uses them.  I suppose if they go to waste then WGT gets paid for them 2X. Which is pretty greedy, IMO.  I guess these balls wasting away is kinda like the money that companies make off of unredeemed gift cards.  :-)

This statement isn't conform with the T&Cs.

We don't buy balls but we exc hange a "credits" licence with a "balls" license. None of these is transferable, so they stay with one user unless they expire (by striking or hitting OB) or by revocation by the company.
