    Dear Team

I have filled in this form before, and I have asked you guys numerous times to please, Please, pleAse, PLEASE review & revise the forfeit function. I don't know what to do anymore. I absolutely love this game but yet I do not want to play it anymore. Every 2nd game I play the opponent forfeits. Sometimes on the 3rd green!!! It is EXTREMELY frustrating to say the least. It is a total waste of time - We do not get the full poinst because the match wasn't completed. I REALLY wish that you guys would listen and consider our proposed solution:

    1) The forfeit function only becomes active at Master status, or

    2) You have to purchase (real money) a package that allows you to use the forfeit function, eg $5 - 5 forfeits, $10 - 10 forfeits.... or

    3) Heavily penalize a player for using the forfeit function by increasing the meter speed for an hour or so, or alternatively deduct a huge amount of xp points

This will make you think twise before forfeiting.

You guys don't realize the level of frustration we go through.

    Regards

OK. here's what I don't understand. You say that you've asked numerous times but this is your first post. I take it that you've sent those request through customer service? What makes you think you'll get a different response here?

You also mention that you've played multiple times but you profile doesn't reflect that. Are you playing on a mobile platform and playing the coin games? From what I've read on these forums about those games, they're a real crap shoot regarding who you get to play.

As long as balls have a finite shelf life, I have no problem with people forfeiting (effectively managing their ball inventory by choosing not to invest swings - which are money - on a match where they feel those swings are a poor investment).

It's not going to change and WGT won't penalize their customers for forfeiting.  Either accept that's the way it works, or play only against friends on the PC version, not mobile.  Or go find something else to do with your time.

Feel your pain and my only suggestion would be that the player who has not forfeited the match is allowed to finish obtaining the XP points.

On another note I've had a couple of players who realize they are beaten on last green ty hen decide to hit multiple wild shots hoping the Victor forfeits match. I know once they hit ten shots they forfeit hole anyway but just frustrating having to wait

I completely agree with this.  I don't agree with previous posters who believe that the forfeiting player should be punished, but you've hit the nail on the head here - right now the system also punishes the non-forfeiting player as well, which is nonsense.  This should be fixed.

One of the many reasons I don't play "live". Along with disconnect.

I find playing at my leisure less frustrating.
