New Legend needs serious club help!

  Okay, after a few days of playing from the real tees, I see I need some serious approach-shot-club help

   

  I carry the G10 driver and G10 3 wood...Not sure (imo) 10 more + yard off the tee with the R11 is the answer to my dreams, so thinking of cashing in my 3wood for either the R11H or R11 3wood.

   

  I guess my question is is how much stopping power on the greens does the R11 3wood have when choked down?

   

  I'm not concerned really with reaching Par 5's in 2, a lay up and wedge is fine with me, do you Black Tee folk think a R11 Hybrid would be the better choice over the R11 3wood? I'm leaning that way, just looking for affirmation!...lol

  Trade the G10 gear in for both the R11 driver and 3wd.

  I believe you'll find the R11 3 Wood more beneficial to you on quite a few Par 3s and long Par 4s.

  I got to thinking about it, and decided to try the R11 3w, but goofed when I was comparing clubs...so am now the proud owner of the 3H...

   

  I dunno, maybe it will help in the qualifying round.

  The r11 3w is a great club, and many use the hybrid as well, so I don't think its a total loss.

  Suggest if you can, to get the 3wd as well.

  If you look at the top players profiles, you will see that they don't carry a hybrid club, but instead have replaced it with an extra wedge.

  As regards the R11 3W, it is a good club, and there a lot of par 3s where it will come in handy

  The R-11 Hybrid is a very versatile club and will help you make more pars from the rough. The R-11 3W will help you make more birdies from the tee and fairway.
