Fullscreen background color

  I recently upgraded my computer to windows 7.  When I play wgt in fullscreen mode, the background borders around the playing "window" are white!  I seem to remember they used to be black -- when I play movies in fullscreen the borders are black.  There must be some way to change the color.  Does anyone know how to do this?  I'd really appreciate the help.

  right click on your desktop select "personalize"

  select !window colour" at the bottom ofthe screen

  choose the colour
