  what avg do you have to drop you to tour master?

  It's 63.00, saturation with 40 Master rounds.

  i think he wants to go the other way alosso

  in other words drop from legend to TM

  Oops - thought the average was to drop, not the player ;)

  But, the answer stays the same: Even Legends must make their way to Master before going to TM.

  There isn't one, you don't drop tiers.
