I just updated Firefox today and the mouse won't work in full screen mode in the game client. Anyone else having this problem? Of course the meter is completely destroyed as well.

Try reading all of the thread above your post.  The latest Firefox update has caused problems.  Some people had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox to get it to work.  Others did a roll back to a previous version.  Some changed to a different browser.  Pale Moon came highly recommended.    As does Maxthon Cloud (version 4.9).  Use the search box to find the version recommended.

I uninstalled the 32 bit version and installed the 64 bit version. The mouse now works in full screen mode, but the meter is still unplayable. JackDunno posted this in another thread:

"If the problem started with an update of Firefox the solution may on some systems (especially 32bit) be found in the configuration of Firefox.

    The fix:

    1) type as adress in a new window: about:config

    2) Don't be scared. Changes here can really do damage to Firefox. Click on yes you are aware of that fact.

    3) search for the entry: dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled

    4) click to change from true to false

    5) close the config window

    6) start wgt and enjoy"

This smoothed out my meter but there was considerable lag 9 out of 10 shots. Still unplayable. I'll just change browsers or roll back to a previous version. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the reply phred952.

I hope that does the trick.  I am starting to use Pale Moon all the time as the meter is very good.  I set it for no auto updates, so I can protect it.  I only use it to play the game, nothing else.

    Good Luck,

I ended up rolling back to a previous version of FF 54.01. I tried doing it through a restore point but I ended up getting "xpcom" errors. I found this link and reinstalled the older version.

It looks like I got my meter back.

I can't say enough about Pale Moon. It works very well for me.

"Anytime" firefox starts acting up, it is usually a compatibility issue with something else running....

these updates are because "they" want you to use something new they came up with, not because you need them....

turn off auto updates in FF, and do what I do, install version 48.2 which is compatible with anything it seems, and use it until they fix the new versions, much quicker and a sure fix!
