When I mouse the mouse to adjust the amount of backspin I have to hold the mouse to the right of the dot on the ball in order to adjust backspin (this was never the case up until about 10 days ago). Then when I add backspin I release the mouse BUT the dot on the ball moves all the way to the top, cancelling backspin and max out top spin. After setting backspin with the mouse to the right of the ball (not ON the dot) I have to click the mouse again to get the backspin to stay where I set it.

This was never the case before.

Another weird thing. A couple of days ago off the tee I had a right to left wind (12mph). I ding the drive and the ball goes 20 yds to the right of the aim point. Should of gone left, not right.

I am seeing the same thing, thought it was just me...LOL. I have to raise the backspin about 1 pixel to get the dot green. My feeble brain has enough to think about as it is...chuckle!

Out of curiosity, who did you expect would reply?  WGT mods seldom reply to those types of questions.   I don't know if the problem might be browser related, especially if you are using Firefox.  A recent update on that browser has caused lots of problems.

Or it could be a corrupted flash file problem.  You can try clearing your browser history and your flash cache.  If the problem persists, try a different browser.  You also can contact Customer Service using the 'Contact" link below first.  That is the best way to contact WGT for help directly from them.

    Good Luck,

I've seen this before and in my case it was a balky mouse. The off-center problem does sound like a bad load so refreshing may fix that. Clearing the cache could help. When you do that you force WGT to send all new files and the corrupt one goes away.
