rental issue "AGAIN"

  for the SECOND time on a level up for me when offered my "free" rental i get the ERROR message for the item i want to demo then after logging out then back in ....no more free rental offer !!!!!   last time i posted a memo about this problem i got a response to email WGT about the issue ....so i did and guess what??...my email wen't  unanswered???   as i am starting to "BUY" credits now i rely on the free demos even more.....well here's hoping this post may get me some help ...but not holding my breath!!!.....come on WGT?

  well again i have sent my emails to Members@wgt,com and again they have gone un answered !!!! nothing in my email

  Members@wgt,com isn't a valid email address to contact member support. You would need to message members@worldgolftour.com to reach member services.

  No kidding! Contrary to your obvious opinion  i'm not an idiot I did use the full CORRECT email i only abbreviated in my now repetitive 4th MEMO! what i don't understand you obviously are aware of the issue due to my many memo's and yet ask me to just repeat the same thing in a memo to the "WORLDGOLFTOUR"  address (which i've done twice to the fully spelled out address)??? What really baffles me is that you have responded to me 3 times in my personal email?. but only to request me to contact  member support AGAIN instead of just rectifying the issue??  I would rather sit in my dentist's waiting room for 2 hours before a novocaine  free root canal then continue this useless  correspondence! LOL...I don't know who's running that puzzle factory over there but you may need a meeting?.........Just saying.  In short I have not lost sleep over it anyway......and i enjoy most of my experience on the WGT  ie: My country club and other great people I've met and play with everyday!......So at this point don't worry about it!......Cheers!!
