User disabled error

  Hello. I got on the tablet today to play and I received a user disabled error. I looked it up and found out that this comes to users who have multiple accounts. But I do not have multiple accounts. I've had the same single account since December 2010. Almost 7 years now. Just wondering how this issue can be resolved. Thanks.

  By chance are you logged in on both at the same time? Your PC and tablet.
