Free balls

  I received an email from WGT offering me free balls since I had not played in some time. Am supposed to receive 3 free Callaways but I do not know how to collect them. Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.

  I got the same email today and got the same result after playing. WGT sucks. It's click bait with a false promise and no delivery.

  Thanks for your response, Don. Sorry, I have a life and don't play this game all hours of the day. I got frustrated in competitions when people are getting a cumulative 10 ft distance on a 9-hole CTTH competition. I couldn't figure out how to cheat so I did take a hiatus. 

  Last time they sent me the free balls email I reached out to WGT because I didn't receive the free balls either. I have reached out Customer Support again. I shouldn't need to do this though when I click on the link in their email. All I'm asking is for their system to fulfill their offers. Is that too much to ask?!?!

  P.S. And yes, I know how to equip my bag. No, the balls are not available but great suggestion!
