    I typed in WGT and World Golf Tour, and neither showed up in search. In my 4 1/2 years here, I've never had a problem with WGT's Customer Service. Now the QA folks, programmers, the mods (since TG took the reins) participation in the forums, and the lack of a REAL security sweep/cheat catcher gets a F- from me.

    CS has treated me very fair and have helped me out a couple of times when i`ve screwed up. This mess is down to some programming clusterf*ck, WGT as a whole gets a minus for the lack of information regarding this particular situation. //Bjorn

    Any dealings I've had with Customer Services have been well handled. I also agree with everything else Jay says.......Surely though a company that lets it's customers get fleeced by cheats, provides a product that often breaks etc etc isn't providing a good service to it's customers however well the department with that name performs........... .......Saying that I don't on balance think helping them to climb on that listing would help anyone.

    Same here. Customer Service has always replied quickly whenever I have contacted them. The problem isn't their customer service, it's their tech support - i.e., bugs that don't get fixed, and/or the fixes end up creating more bugs, etc.

    I wasn't - I'm not - talking about the department, rather the concept.For the record, the department has (or rather those therein have) never been anything other than polite & helpful when I have found it necessary to contact them. If anyone thinks WGT has provided its customers with any sort of service over the forum/PM/etc issue, congratulations, I'm speechless.
