    hey guys thanks for some of the kind words... in our engineers defense (and I am usually first to point fingers) some of these issues are near impossible to catch or predict. many things issues crop up based on 10+ other unrelated things, so as much as I sometimes want to blame someone, it's hard. but, you guys can always blame me, that's what I am here for, among other things :) -wgticon

    No Icon you arent here to bear the blame . Both you and the other mods are here to help as much as the company allows . The problems are not your fault and the blame falls on the shoulders of management .

    Over my time in being here the company as a whole has always treated us the customers with an attitude of contempt . There has always been a very poor level of communication between WGT and the players . Good suggestions are always disregarded while the foolish ones are implemented . So called fixes are never that and only bugs seem to abide .

    It always seems that nothing ever gets fixed but something is always added to the pro shop for sale . This game could be as great as Halo or Grand theft if management would stop trying to destroy it . We as players have only asked for the game to be fixed and to be treated with respect . After all its the customers who pays the company`s bills as well as meets the payroll .

    So when it comes to the quality of the game both in performance as well as customer treatment . WGT gets a big fat F which is the standard norm sad to say , but that`s the way it is .

    If they hired actual programmers instead of a bunch of hooligans from failed online IT schools, ITT Tech etc, they might be able to get something done. None of whats happening is unforeseeable, as Icon said, if they hired the right people.Had a friend that was thinking about giving WGT a try, but after reading thru the forums he said no thanks. I can't blame him. It's like what one of the guys I play rounds with during the evening said, " All you can do is laugh, and wait for the next failed update." Wgt fits the definition of SNAFU to a tee. Yes, pun intended. Situation Normal. All F***ed Up.

    With all due respect....sorry, I ain't buyin' it.................I can see where less-than-ideal quality control might miss the posting issues and maybe the release-week problems with the Mack Daddy wedges, but WGT's handling of the gameplay issues with the Nike RZN Black Super Vapor Balls is just plain inexcusable............The problem is well documented, utterly consistant & makes a complete mockery of the meter of ALL those who are unfortunate enough to play a round with anyone using these balls. And yet, after two months of this nonsense, not only has WGT barely acknowledged the issue and so far have yet to say the issue is even being addressed, they continue to advertise & sell the product to the consternation of many of us. This is just pure greed at the expense of a very loyal customer base...........Sorry but, as such, I find your comments to be, at best, disingenuous.

I SURE as heII don't blame you, or them, for this. If my thread suggested/suggests otherwise, I apologise unreservedly. Thank you for YOUR service. ~Phil ++++++But I stand 100% by my original intent of this thread and the 2nd post at the end of page 1.

    CS is great for account problems. Gameplay and Site? Not so much. The last 3 things I sent them were met with canned responses. I had to follow up to get someone to actually read the message. One of the three things was fixed. One finally got a greatidea. The last, no matter what, they wouldn't/couldn't get the idea at all.

    Really a clash. Pad the pocket before fixing the bugs. We see where their heart is...What a joke.
