I have to agree with the consensus here.. CS has always treated me fairly and been very quick with their responses. I have never in 4 + years had any problems with them.

I have issues with their "unanticipated" bugs on updates. But when I and fellow club members complain, WGT customer services has been pretty good most of the time and sometimes great. This includes recently restoring a CDP streak for someone who lost power because of Hurricane Irma. So, bottom line, customer services is good in our experience to date.

    JimbeauC:
CS is great for account problems. Gameplay and Site? Not so much.

I suggested this quite some time ago via WGT*, who thought it was a good idea. I never heard back.
Anyway, When I invite a friend who is in green status, but unbeknownst to me is currently on a mobile device, I get the message, "Cross Platform Play Is Not Supported."
Question: If the system knows who is on MD or PC/Mac, why not have different colors for the MD players? Like purple for available and orange for ready for a game.

I typed in WGT and World Golf Tour, and neither showed up in search. In my 4 1/2 years here, I've never had a problem with WGT's Customer Service. Now the QA folks, programmers, the mods (since TG took the reins) participation in the forums, and the lack of a REAL security sweep/cheat catcher gets a F- from me.

Click on the named links in the first post Jay and you will find them.

I agree with you WGT's CS always been good but the rest not so much.

Paul, I took the liberty of forwarding this to WGTicon because out of all the Mods who have been with WGT, icon has been here the longest. I hope he has the balls to come onto this post and give us some clarity. We're all concerned about the future of the PC version. It's been on the decline ever since the introduction of the Mobile platform. But from what I have heard, that version isn't all fun and games either lately.

Wouldn't be great if we had a direct connect to Q&A!! Or even had Player Reps who had a voice in WGT matters!! But as we all know too well and good, we're held hostage to the whims of the powers to be. Which is truly sad. We simply want to grow the game and make it become as good as it once was again.

    Thanks for your time, Lute

    Hi all

Lute, ty for the HU. Paul, those are some strong comments and I understand your frustration.

We def keep an eye on forums but may not post as much because we believe that forums are community, not a podium for us to speak. Nevertheless, when needed, we always step in, whether it is to clarify something or post an announcement or anything else. I am also always available via a PM and when not sleeping, I usually reply within 30 minutes.

Also, the mods, outside myself, handle CS emails, they that keeps them busy. QA sometimes reads forums especially after updates and when someone like myself, links them a specific thread, but to ask them to read them even few times a day would just be unreasonable, as  they would then never get the bugs written up and get any testing done.

With that said, if someone has any specific question they need me to reply, please always send me a private message first. You may not like my reply or I can say, i dont know or can't tell you, but at least you know it's coming from me and will be done in an expedient matter.
