    Can customer service   respond with more than a  '' be patient '' ?    Not here .... it  is rare  if they ever do respond ... They have done very little to help this good customer .

    Support gets a  two thumbs down from me .

    A BIG thank you to WGT Customer Service. 

    I used to play a LOT, now sporadic, and I recently fell foul of the Buy Credits thing where your $20 purchase resets to $50 if you go to change anything.

    Not the first time I've done it either (I think it's spelled s-e-n-i-l-i-t-y).

    I whizzed off an unhappy (though not offensive) mail to the guys and gals at CS, and within 2 days - $30 refunded.

    Sounds like a great experience.

    My experience with WGT Customer Service has generally been pretty good.  The big issue is patience is required if one files on Friday-Saturday.  The customer service people apparently have weekends off.
