Won't allow me to BUY 50 CC Passes

  I need to buy 50 CC passes. It's not refreshing every 4 hours like normal...WHY?

  Dunno "WHY?" but you should be happy.
  
  Otherwise you'd have to play three games per hour non-stop for the next 18 hours, and you'd still NOT win the Event.

  Not interested in winning. Just grabbing easy club XP's (playing a par 3 custom course in between clash games....also using free or starter balls in both). But, since a mod didn't take the bait (wanting to "buy/spend")...I wouldn't buy any amount of passes :-)....ever. I was hoping to find out about the 4 hour pass refesh not working, but it seems to be working now. The mods never chime in unless someone wants to buy/spend..or has a mobile question. Thought I'd try something different. Anyway...there's the why to "why" :-)

  That's a good idea Jay, to use a par 3. I keep CC on the board at all times.

  We have a custom par 3 (9 holes), and also a Bandon F9 (short tee, low wind for both) that can be played in 15 minutes-ish. I got 3991 XP's total for playing both. Very fast, cheap (or free..other than time) XP's. No sense playing full custom courses (9 or 18) and/or full regular courses (9 or 18) if the objective is XP's. Pays the same other than than the few strokes added for other courses.

  "Why" asks for the reason, but I assume that you're not interested in programming details explaining that, and here is nobody with knowledge of WGT's interna to answer it. Thus, the question doesn't fit. Instead, a repair would interest you more, won't it?
  Your appropriate question might be "when"...
  
  And, excuse me please, this wasn't meant against you, but I see the "Why?" question too often here.
  
  About the CC Level race: It seems impossible to stop those useless pursuites :(
