So, if Legends of lvl 100+ and avge 61 or better do not receive any handicap assistance when playing Champs and TLs but all other Legends do, what happens when it is L vs TM? Do all Legends still concede 2 holes/strokes etc. or is there a difference between those lvl 100+ ones and the rest as well?

nigel my friend you may have a point there,obviously normal legends concede to TMS but any legend over the 100 and 61 may have to concede the same as a TL.it would be the fair thing to do but will get onto the panel about it and report back on here ok

Regarding the handicaps: someone mentioned, I think it was Jim, that there would be an individual decision made by the panel about the handicap for some players. We already said that we will waive the 2 shot advantage our player Vaibhav would be getting by the rules (he has an average above 62, but is one of the best players in the field). The other person I would like the panel to decide on is ahades from Aphrodite. She/he rarely plays stroke play, but is undoubtedly a better player than at least 95% of the participants, so a Handicap would be just as absurd as it would be for Vaibhav.

what happens if a Legend's average/Lvl changes during the duration of the WC, is someone monitoring that or do they stay at what they were when the comp commences

no mate they dont stay the same,its up to the captains to inform us of any changes to tiers and there probably will and its the responsibillity of every player to check the tier of their opponet before the match is started,

we all have to do our bit to make the comp work

The holes will be designated when each round starts.

in answer to your question simon,vaib has said he doesnt want any shots,it was his chioce and a fair one,i cant take back the rules i have put on the forum,i have asked the question and am waiting fro a reply but it would have to be their choice to relinquish the shots/holes,i have no power to take them away,

we will look at it for next years comp though,

I disagree, you're the tournament director and have a panel to support you. A command decision made in the face of obvious facts supported by a majority maintains your integrity and that of this competition.

It actually is properly your call.
