I've had good luck with Maxthon 4.9 and Pale Moon 27.5.1.  Usually I run Pale Moon.  There was an update to Pale Moon 27.6 offered earlier this month, but I skipped it as the one I am using works good for me.  Remember, since all systems aren't identical, your experience may vary.

    Good Luck

I have been using Vivaldi, and it has been pretty good. Then a couple weeks ago, I started using it with "game client" in the main browser, instead of a separate window. It has worked flawless since I started doing that. Hopefully this will be a permanent solution. I have tried most browsers looking for a meter that won't skip, but none of them seem to last. Edge seemed to be really smooth as well.

I use Opera on Windows 10. Less junk running on it

I also use Opera and find the meter is very smooth.  If it gets a little jerky a simple close and re-open seems to do the job getting a butter smooth meter back.

Pre the Window's 10 Fall Update i used Opera & loved it but after the update Opera wasn't great so i went to Chrome which works brilliant for me now but before the Update was rubbish, Each to their own, What works now for one does not necessarily mean it will work for all, all the time
