  How is it possible that someone joined wgt today, has not played any ranked rounds, or match play games, yet has moved up to a level 91 legend?

  I realize you can play practice rounds to move up in levels, but in tiers also?

  Thanks, since I have never played through Facebook, or on a mobile device, I really have no idea how they work.
