  It will be coming from an ad on your home page. Click to your home page and you'll find it on there somewhere. Some have the ability to turn sound off on them. If not then choose another page without video ads on them.

  I agree that it sounds simply like it's coming from a web page opened in another tab.

  Simple fix there is to close the main page. That's where the second browser comes in if you play while earning credits.
