I am a new club owner, and I agree it is harder to run a club from my tablet.  But fortunately, I have 2 great directors, whom both help me tremendously.  I was introduced to this game a little over a year ago, by a fellow co- worker.  I played on my phone til I bought a tablet.  I played on both.  When I became a director of my previous club, I was assigned to the mobile side of this game.  I read these forums religiously, and heard both sides of the people's take on which side was better.  ( mobile vs pc) so I tried playing the pc side.  I'm still a mobile guy, but it's a lot easier being a cc owner with a tablet, and I also use my pc.  Best of both worlds, imo, if you really want to be a very good owner and leader of a cc, use both pc and mobile.  Entrust your directors with the tools that they need to make your life easier, and more efficient .So with very little effert, you can be very efficient, as an owner, by using all the tools you have, to your advantage.

    Another great point.Thanks Alosso

Agreeing to my major point "ridiculous product"?

    Thanks a lot, Champ!

    Well put al.

Not worth you time to discuss an absolutely ridiculous product with a "moderator / now salesman" who has to walk on eggshells discussing ANY WGT product for that matter.

+1 those that have bought either probably don't think they are ridiculous products.

I can only speak for myself of course - trying to get my opinion heard.

Both packages have their merit.  I don't see why anyone should get down on someone who purchased them, they bought them for a reason.  That reason shouldn't be anyone else's business.  It's like buying real golf clubs, if you don't like the Titleist brand, go buy nikes, or anything else, but don't chastise someone else's decision on their wants, or for what they feel their needs are.

I don't go down on anybody here. Each to his own to buy a ridiculous product. IMHO, the merits don't ever justify the price.

Alas, the comparison with golf clubs is limping. I'd compare those special memberships to infrared-glasses which help to identify golf balls in the rough, downside being that they are against the golf rules, thus illegal while playing golf :(

Whatever, I was trying to show you that, some of us aren't afraid of spending to get the best, while others just settle for whatever, then complain about the other people. Have a great new year.
