  I had that problem but did these 2 steps I found here:

   

  2)      Failure to load pro shop, not seeing clubs, erratic performance after a downtime. Constant disconnecting/logging out of wgt.com. All of these are symptoms of flash issues. The first thing anyone should do is clear cookies and temp files in both flash and browsers and then try again. If that does not work, then try playing in other browsers and if same issues occur, repeat the steps above. Most of the time it will fix the issues.  Below are details on how to properly clear all flash/browser cookies and temp files:

  •  
    • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
    • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.

  Thx a lot Courtney!  That totally did the trick! Was  slowly getting desperate so I started to look around for the solution...which you provided  :-)

  Meter works fine and I can happily play my rounds again.

  Courtney01 just saved countless players from switching browsers or quitting!

  I must exhort you to quietly send her at least a free sleeve of the ball she currently plays - her information was THAT VALUABLE to many many many of us.

  It's a flash player fix to recover from various losses of functionality within the last week or so.

  This gesture would make good PR and business sense, IMO.

  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! it worked for me and anyone else having problems with lagging meters should listen to courtneys instructions above.

  Courtney's tip is identical to the advice given to me by a Well-Meaning WGT trouble shooter last Friday evening. I was unable to make it work for me at that time.

  I tried 'Chrome://plugins', Chrome://plugins/, Chrome:plugins, about:plugins, nothing would work for me. I tried Internet Explorer, Firefox, cleared back to 'the beginning of time', from my cache & browsers, .....nothing worked. I couldn't even get to the Chrome page listing all the Plugins where I could see the 'Details' button.

  It was late Sunday before I could make any meaningful progress. Monday, until I could get 'About:Plugins' to get me on the correct page and allowed me to manipulate & make changes to my system. (This step-by-step inching toward normalcy appears to indicate that work was being done, somewhere, to rectify the situation....??)

  Once there, I stripped 'Adobe Everything' from my computer and began re-building from scratch. I believe that I'm  back to 98% now.  About:plugins, in the top Google address bar, is, indeed,  very solid advice...!!

  Prior to this Snafu, I was very proud of my string of 200 Consecutive Days played.  I'm respectfully requesting that, in view of the circumstances, my Consecutive Days number be reinstated.

  i have been playing for 3 years and each year this game gets worse,what is you aim if every update makes the game worse not better?You dont fix bug reports,you are late when a problem arises,you send chain emails to every question,no complaint dept.No oversight of forums,you are taking in real money,so i know you are regulated by some commission,questions is which one?California gaming commission?If you take money without providing level playing field,you allow racist to spew hatred and you punish the victim instead of the criminal.Why should this site be allowed to continue?Maybe the FED should take a look into this site,because clearly there is no Oversight

  Hi,

  Can you fix the club audio volume sound so that you can adjust it up or down.  Even with the bar bottomed out at zero the ding is still louder than heck with headphones on.  It doesn't seem to matter where the bar for the club audio volume is at, it all sounds the same.

  Another issue I have had happen since the recent update is that I am not able to use the center scroll button on my mouse to change clubs.   

  I followed steps 1 and 2.  I am currently using Safari and no luck.  The center scroll does work as I can scroll this page.  

  In Firefox it works but it only scrolls through the clubs one way which is still pretty much useless.  

  In Chrome it works perfectly but the game lags a bit.

  This game is a bug, wtf is up with balls rolling right over the hole?? and the wind physics.. cmon now.
