  everytime I finish a stroke play game WGT says I forfeited. does that effect % of completed rouds? Oh, how bout  you FIX IT!

  When I went to put $5.00 on I typed it in but forgot to click on the "CIRCLE" so when it said is that what you want I didn't notice and said OK  Then said I had 5000 credits.  I can't afford it and email you all yesterday 7/11/2011.  I havent  heard back and heard hundreds of people say you all don't respond timely with emails.  I was instructeed to email which I did. 

  When will I hear back???  A timely response from WGT is generally with 1-3 days.  That's only fair when players make HUGE $$ mistakes especially when they can't afford that.  Money issues should always be a top priority with EMAILS.

  That's what all  poker sites did whenever there was money issues.  You need to understand that not all people are rich and can't afford $50.00.  Yes, I made the mistake but Yes you should respond timely.

  Contact your credit card company and stop the payment. Explain to them the over payment and they will fix the problem.

  WGTicon hi i have this problem, I am not able to access the free tournaments and  my country is eligible to play. What is happening?

  Hey WGT. This is no longer funny!

  For the past two days I have been EXCLUDED from playing ANY tournament organized by WGT or my  CC which has several Multi round games with 'time restrictions'.  I will be disqualified if I do not compete in time !! My CC cannot change this - only WGT.

  Reason: "Skill gaming laws in your country/state do not allow you to plat in some WGT tournaments". BULL.

  This seems to be a problem with your latest update. I have cleared my cache and cleaned my system so the problem is on your side.

  Please, sort this out soonest as I am becoming totally disenchanted.

  Same thing happening in INDIA! Now this ultimate crap!

  Hi everyone

  We are aware of the issue and I have alerted the engineers. I will personally use whip and take away all the candy until this is fixed

  Hi WGTicon slightly different question but, Tonight I have tried to play 3 games and have not finished one of them due to UNEXPECTED ERRORS AND FORFEITS. The last game I played I got unexpected error and was asked to close window and try again, which I did and as soon as I got back on, I was told that i did not get back to the game quick enough and this hasnt happened before. My second point is this,  I have also this week played a few games and on the last green, when I have been in front or equal, the opponebt as forfeited the game SO, CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A QUITTER AND A FORFEITURE, in my mind, to for feit is just an excuse to quit, be pleased if anyone as the answer to this ???????

  How do you put my ball in the water and a bunker at the same time, take my ball from me and then make me play from the bunker with a new ball?  WTF! 17th hole on Kiawah. Ball was pronounced as going into the water but I'm playng shot 3 from a bunker 48 yds from the pin.
