  I'd like to report an error with WGT.

  There seems to be an unconscionable bug in the way the Promotions/ Marketing dept offer for sale certain goods there is definitely flawed processes in Product Management.

  The majority of the community for instance, since 2009 have asked for a Customisable Avatar option.

  There is a flaw in the latest Customisable Avatar offered, its not available to the majority of the community.

  WGT are also offering a Golf Bag tot he majority of the communinty for the purchase of 400 credits, yet this product also seems to be faulty and at times a hindrance to the playing experience of a Site User.
  This item is still offered for sale in its faulty status.

  Is there any way to fix this, could we do a Mass Termination of the pricing/ marketing/ development 'teams and could WGT employ some staff that have an iota?

  Further to this, there is an active thread within the WGT forums asking for a response from WGT as to why this error/ bug occurred with the Customisable Avatar and in more than 5 days,there has yet been no explanation offered.

  dont know if iam in the right department for my gripe

  that is why is it the everytime wgt updates my game goes to pot the flow on the very fast greeens is more than on a torny green same with the speed of the greens also the winds arn't always what they say sometimes its like a lottery is it there or not very off puting especialy for us not so good player's why dont u address these problems befor u intraduce new systems to the game such as the ticks u get for performance tells u if u r a quitter or not what happens when ur partner disconects on  u it's not fai that the othe playe gets punished as well,these might seem like small problems to u but they realy do affect many peoples games hope u can do something about these points .hears hopping

  something else u might want to address wgt and that is the winds sometimes there their and then there not 19mph when it is actualy 25 or more or 19and its only 10,can u also explain to me or any1 else for that mater when for instance u have 175 with 21 ft up witch equals 7yrds makeing 182 down 30-40 in the rough and use full b spinn say +7=189 play 190 and come up 10yrds short this is only an example.

  I may have got it all wrong but u get the idea its happend to us all i would say

  It's not only how the meter bounces but it's about surveys going to the end and getting booted only to getting  5555555555556665555666677777777775555555555555555555555555five credits. Come on Wgt were all tire of losing balls because of the meters and then your screwing us on the credits.

  When I went to put $5.00 on I typed it in but forgot to click on the "CIRCLE" so when it said is that what you want I didn't notice and said OK  Then said I had 5000 credits.  I can't afford it and email you all yesterday 7/11/2011.  I havent  heard back and heard hundreds of people say you all don't respond timely with emails.  I was instructeed to email which I did. 

  When will I hear back???  A timely response from WGT is generally with 1-3 days.  That's only fair when players make HUGE $$ mistakes especially when they can't afford that.  Money issues should always be a top priority with EMAILS.

  That's what all  poker sites did whenever there was money issues.  You need to understand that not all people are rich and can't afford $50.00.  Yes, I made the mistake but Yes you should respond timely.

  Same thing happen to me awhile back. I just spent the money anyways but it was a bit rude to deal with when it wasnt my intention. What is WGT going to do about this?

  Has anyone encountered a problem with the sound quality using Windows 7?  I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 and the sound is not nearly as good as it was on my old one with Vista.  Specifically the way the ball bounces after a drive....it sounds spongy when it first lands instead of the "thunk" like it used to sound under the old operating system.  Also there is a hissing sound in the background when the volume is up so I have to turn the volume way down to get rid of it.  Sound of the ball hitting the bottom of the cup is also different.  I've tried everything I can think of to fix these issues but have been unsuccessful.  Can anyone help me out?
