First of all, you don't answer my question to @anywhere. So, we're talking of another subject now.
Second, please refer to scores as full numbers, not +-Par to avoid ambiguity.
Next, you are right, there are quite a few scores in your history which should move your average down. I suspect that your average is well saturated. The lowest increment is 1/500 then, =0.002. Thus it may take five games to show in the display.
If you suspect any fault, why not write them scores and prior + posterior averages down and do a calculation what should have been?
