    Re above I have never quit a game but partners have or opponents now I have been penalised by my green tick has gone to yellow, particulary in matches with Indian/Thai players can WGT change this policy I am not a quitter but being penalised

    i have a problem and its with u guys this is the first complaint from me in a long while my husbands been the one complaining to us about this game and i am really not pleased with it my self u put ads or offers on here for us to earn credits but the other day i downloaded something that was suppose to give me 36 credits so i could buy balls wgt ones for a fact and got a trogin virus while downloading it now i see u have banned me from this view thing may i ask what i did i didnt complain about a offer giving me a virus or the fact that i got charged to fix my computer and u banned me well i guess i will stop playing and take this to facebook where i saw the ad to play i have 600 friends on facebook how do u think they would like to know what i know about your offers and veiws i can or maybe stop some one else from going thru the pain of it by my comments u got 24 hours to unbanned me or i go to facebook time is 10:22 pm here

    hey wgticon,

    recently a had an issue with an ad , which shows up during a game when scorecard is visable. Normally when screen loads to next hole , all other ads disappear, but  this one from SIMYO(Dutch ad) stays visable and makes my screen very small. Mind you, i play on a 10.1 inch screen, so when that problem occurs, my screen is about 6 or 7 inches. So very hard to play with.When going full screen to avoid the problem, meter jumps or locks.

    I hope to hear from you and that you are able to help with this problem

    Add an extension to your browser to block ads - problem solved. For Chrome-based browsers, AdBlock works adequately. A few get by, but 90% are blocked.

    go to adblock.com and download Adblock. Then include wgt.com as one of the websites to block ads, That should fix it.

    Bought an avatar for $350 , went to my profile to change and there was no avatar , going green male(3) selection anymore!!

    stuck with oldy and 350 credits less. 

    how can you help me.

    I have a problem navigating these forums:

    Most problems are with the game and game play, not to mention problems with player etiquett, but this is a problem with the forum and the funcionality of it:

    I'm a big fan of cruising forums, but ever since I joined the WGT I've noticed that sometimes when I click a link to go "Back" or to a specific topic or thread, nothing happens.  The page just sits there until I click the link a few times (sometimes once, sometimes six or seven times).
    It never really bothered me as clicking again is easy enough, and knowing what I do about computers and networks it would be a very difficult problem to diagnose; however, in the last couple of months I've taken to just playing the game and perusing the forums on my BlackBerry Playbook.
    The same 'non-responsive clicking' is occuring on my Playbook, except I'm getting an error message in response:  the title bar says "Unknown Network Error" and the dialogue box on the screen has an exclamation mark in an upside down yield sign and says:

    Unknown Network Error
    Failure when receiving data from the peer
    <Try again>

    When I click press "Try again" it just refreshes with the same error screen maybe once or six or seven times until the page I'm trying to navigate to appears.  Sometimes I get the "Unknown Network Error" page with no dialogue box, and when I press to refresh the page the dialogue box appears so I can continue to "Try Again".

    It's a pain in the putter, but the kicker is, sometimes my Playbook browser will freeze, and the only way for the browser to recover is to reboot the Playbook.

    You can't tell me the problem is on my end.  My WinXP/Firefox and Playbook/BB Browser are suffering the same symptoms (but only the Playbook is actually telling me something).  I participate in several different forums With both machines, and the WGT Forums is the only one that messes up.

    I don't expect to be done about this, I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that sometimes they click their browser Back button and nothing happens unless they click again (and again and again.....)?  If you browse the forums with a Playbook, do you see the same error messages?  (With the playbook, I may be able to do thirty or so navigation actions before things act up.)

    It's not a big deal, but to read the forums for 20 minutes each night requires me to reboot my Playbook a couple of times, which can be pretty inconvenient when you have two or three applications running at the time.
