New starters in the game who have reached at least Amateur level and feel as though you are going to enjoy playing this game are welcome to join us.

Sometimes clubs dont take lower tiers on as they join and after few weeks just stop playing.

We have a lot of top players here but more than that we have a fantastic bunch of helpful members who will help you improve. We have a tips and guides section on our website with putting calculator, wind calculations, equipment advice and general tips on playing the game.

    All we ask is

    1. You play at least 3 or 4 club events per week (we have around 20 on at any given time so its not a lot to ask. I keep numbers as low as 150 because inactive players are released.

    2. You must join our proboards website.......it will help you as i advised earlier.

    3. You do not look at the top of leaderboards and worry about your scores, concentrate on trying to beat fellow tiers as you work up the tables is the best course of action.

Of course any tier above Amateur is also welcome, see link below for our other adverts

    here

    Cheers

A director of our club mainly bumps our main advert with useful information regarding our club but i want to just show any folk wishing to join their first club, or any players who have been in a club that advertised activity, that we paractice what we preach here.

    No unlimited tournaments.

We run leagues, Order or Merit and SELEX (like Fedex) competitions, and much much more.

In real life if you are in a golf comp then you cant just pick your ball up on for example the 5th hole and say "you know what, im not doing too well, i think i will start again" . So we dont do that here.

Below is just one comp in our 13 round Endurance event, where lowest accumulative score wins and everyone finishing earns Selex points.

    110 played

Activity here is second to none, dont join a club with false promises, ask me for further info if need. Or read our other advert on post above.

    Cheers

Quite a few lower tiers have joined club recently and have straight way introduced themselves on our proboards forum and have been inundated with help from our friendly members.

We have always kept our numbers around 130 to 150 members, dont see point of having 250 members when only 20 or so play club comps......if lucky.

All our members are active, except a handful of long honorary members who through personal issues are taking time out.

Come and join us if you wish to have a more social side to this game, along with being in the most active club around.

    Cheers
